Well, he really started the week after school was out, in June. They had what they call dirty dozen practice. Strength and agility training. Then two weeks of camp, a week off (where he did soccer camp.) Then real practices tomorrow.
Had to have a physical to practice. He's 5'2, 81 pounds. Which translates to about 88% for height, but only 28% for weight. Working on that now. We've talked about protein versus carbs, drinking propel vs eating real food.
